I = the square root of all suffering

If you look for the sense of “I” or “me” in the self, which according to most spiritual systems is the square root of all suffering, you will not be able to find it.

If you turn the gaze within and try and seek out the sense of “I” it vanishes in a ‘puff’.

So the very thing that has such subconscious control of our waking life with its prompts of pain and grief and sadness and despondency, if it is LOOKED AT DIRECTLY or at least  SOUGHT OUT DIRECTLY with an open heart of forgiveness, will vanish and disappear.

Try it, and give it a go.

A wonderful wave of peace is awaiting you! 🙂
