“Forgiveness recognises that what you thought your brother did to you has not occurred” (ACIM)

In absolute terms, this is correct, for anything of the past simply does not exist in the Now. This gives us great scope to go into our memory banks and clear anything that does not serve us in the Present Time.

Events of the past (especially traumatic ones) do leave their imprint on us at a ‘cellular’ level and can form our opinions of what to expect in the future. These scars then act as a kind of ‘bias’ in the way we perceive life. They can also create huge roadblocks in our ability to move forward with ease and flow.

However as we go back into our memory banks and view these past events from the beauty and safety of Now, using the Light of non-judgmental Awareness, we can clear the charge and potency of these events so they cease casting their shadow into the present and beyond.

Using the Light of Love we can freely clear all past toxicity so we can breathe clearly Here and Now.
