*Pick the feeling that you are most trying to avoid in yourself at the moment — yes go on, go there ..

*As you allow that feeling into your Awareness, allow it also to rise up into the Love that you can generate in the Heart combined with the Love of the Divine (or if you are not conversant with ‘Divine’ just go for the Greatest Love of All) or Source Love/Perfect Love.

*Let the feeling be completely breathed into and dissolved in that super-charged combined Love.

*Repeat as necessary, and as and when you need to.

It is the feelings that we MOST want to avoid that hold us back (often unconsciously), and so it is when we clear those very feelings we are launched into greatness and beauty.
