It is clear on close inspection that our thoughts and emotions are in lock-step: the one influences the other. When we feel great fear for example, our thoughts take on an equivalent vociferous intensity. When we are calm and ‘in love’, the world is takes on a far more beautiful hue.
When we are caught in the gnashing teeth of fear, and our thoughts are pulling us in all directions like 17 wild horses, what are some of your strategies?
I AM CURRENTLY PROVIDING ONE-ON-ONE TASTER SESSIONS (free-of-charge) for those people that are struggling with emotional intensity. I have found a number of ways to calm the rapids within and to release ourselves from the battering we sometimes receive from some of our harsher thought-feeling states.
