I have put together a series of powerful healing techniques that will assist you in moving through any challenging emotion you are going through. Whilst emotions can be a valuable indicator of “where we are at” and a good barometer of the way we feel about a situation, they not always are.  Furthermore, they can become too dominant, and take over too much, to a point where they become wholly unhelpful and uncomfortable.

One of the biggest blocks to healing that we have, particularly in the West, is the dominance of our thinking – the primacy we give our thoughts. We are so entranced by our thinking and the faux-reality that it weaves that time and again we miss the opportunity of dropping into our feeling-state, where it is far easier to effect an immediate, qualitative change to our health and wellbeing.  

Don’t forget that it is our emotions that provide the fuel and the firepower to our thinking – they fire each other up as part of the same circuit. So that where we are feeling very angry for example our thoughts will reflect that. When we can shift out of anger into a calmer state, our thinking will reflect that too.
