How many of you feel there is a dark part in you lingering in the depths waiting to ensure you cannot truly succeed?

A part of you that raises its ugly head as soon as you come close to getting what you truly desire.

A part of you that seems to want to see you stay small, floundering, miserable?

A part of you that seems to want to block you from truly healing, that seems to want to jump in and block you from discovering immaculate Truths about the world, about yourself?

Most if not all of us can recognise this part in us, which I have come to see as purely an aspect of the ego, which in and of itself is wholly vested in keeping you small, suffering and apart from your Highest Power.

What can we do about it? I asked this question of Higher Self last night, and the answer came back:

(a) Let it be there
(b) Love it dearly

Sounds good to me!

In doing so it seems to soften more and more, and fade.

Let me know how you get on with that.

  1. I called it saboteur or victim at times, I kept scraping and scraping the ego layers, and I got closer and closer to the original wound – the separation from G*d. I’m exhausted.
