You know how emotions can sometimes do you over? Fear controls your mind. Jealously enrages you. Anxiety inhibits you.

Well, really, shouldn’t it be the other way round? Shouldn’t you be controlling the emotion?

Otherwise, really, it is the tail wagging the dog, is it not?

So emotions do their thing by being resisted, by not actually being felt, as ironic as that sounds. By not being wanted.

So next time an emotion is getting the better of you, do something completely different. The opposite of what you usually do in fact!

Feel MORE of it.

Have fear? Feel MORE of it. Feel annoyed? Feel more of it! As you do so the mechanism flips around and you can easily breathe the feeling into the Heart Centre where it will be transformed and released.

Try it, and let me know how it goes for you.
