THE SMOKESCREEN OF FEAR
If you check into your body now, likelihood is that you have at least a modicum of fear there. It could be a little, it could be a large amount.
Even when there is no particular thing to be afraid of, we’re so primed in that slight fear/anxiety position that it’s a mechanism that is pretty ingrained.
The degree of fear you have in the body dictates the lens through which you look at life in that particular moment.
A little fear will leave you SLIGHTLY catastrophising about a future event that (usually 100pc fabricated by your mind) a LOT of fear will concoct a very dark Stephen King esque set of imaginings.
All is happening in you.
AND it doesn’t at all need to be this way.
The other thing about fear and anxiety is that they do a great job of disguising themselves as truth. Pesky huh!
